UseableArt : Information + Design

Minimalism is Alive and Well on the Web [web design]

In an age of screaming banners, purposeless Flash gadgets, blow-out tabs and rotating video windows, its refreshing to see an example of minimalism at work. Take this talented fellow, for example.

Simon Foster Design out of London has produced an example of minimalist design at its finest. Dig deeper for eye candy and other visual treats, but this kind of pure information design is becoming a lost art, and is in itself a bold statement when the competition is literally plastering computer screens with imagery and color.

Bravo, Simon.
